By accessing SIMAK at thesimak.com you agree to these terms for the current demo deployment.

• Eligibility. You must be 18+ and legally able to agree to these terms.
• Accounts. Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Acceptable use. No scraping abuse, reverse engineering to circumvent limits, or unlawful activity.
• Demo billing. When BILLING_MODE=local, plan changes are simulated — no real payments are processed.
• Testing phase. Public self-service registration may be disabled. Access is by invitation or administrator-created accounts only.
• Termination. We may suspend demo access at any time without notice.
• Governing law. These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the State of Qatar, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
